The burning process crashes

Symptom:

The program crashes without any warnings or error messages during the burning process.

Cause:
The most likely cause for a crash is, that you try to burn protected files or files that are already in use by another programm or process.

Furthermore, do not attempt to burn the program itself (the installed version, not the setup) nor the program that is using it.

Make sure that all files can be read by the program, i. e. that the program and/or user has sufficient access rights.
Windows system folders cannot be burned by default.

Burning files from mounted images

Symptom:
The burning speed is very slow or you encounter buffer problems.

Cause:
When you burn files from disc images (Bin or ISO) which have been mounted, e.g. Deamon Tools, it cannot be assured that files can be accessed in real time.

Solution:
- Use an image reading tool that allows real time access.
- Eventually try using a slower burning speed.
